Thanks for the tip on using Amazon’s Unbox. I’ll have to try that out. Looks like they use about twice as high a bitrate as CinemaNow; hopefully a higher resolution too. Still no surround-sound though.

Unfortunately, it looks like it is only available for those with Windows Media Center. Fortunately for me, I have Vista Ultimate, but most people don’t have Media Center.

amazon (unbox.com) downloads are the best quality outside of xbox marketplace. they can also be watched on the 360 over the network. i’ve had good success doing so with babylon 5 and it looks great.
